Step One - Find Your Baseline
One of the goals for this course is for you to learn to listen to your body's signals. If you can understand what your body is telling you, then you can respond in a way that helps to move you in a good direction.
One of the best ways to begin listening to your body is through symptom tracking. I made a video explaining my process with symptom tracking, specifically as it relates to MTHFR and your basic state. We'll go into your basic state in more depth later on so don't worry if you don't have that part nailed down yet, but within the symptom tracker there is a list of symptoms on both sides of the basic state coin - if you see any there that you know you struggle with, put them down even if you aren't sure which basic state picture you belong to yet.
The homework for this section is to start to symptom track. If you're new to this, track every day and if you've been doing it for a while then keep at it.
